The MI40 Xtreme 2.0 seems really impressive. I wish I had a program like that when I was 20 and went to gym 6 times a week because my trainings would have been more efficient for sure. In regards to whether the MI40X muscle building program will be too hard for you to follow? Do not make a mistake. There are 3 different sets of workouts that you can choose from. 1. Beginner 2. Intermediate 3. Advanced When purchasing the MI40X muscle building program you will have access to the beginner, intermediate and advanced workout sheets. So my recommendation for you would be to start out with the beginner workout sheets. Do not be fooled. The beginner is already very demanding. However as is the case with any workout program you will make progress eventually as you become stronger and fitter. So it does not matter in the beginning if you cannot manage to follow the program to a T. The key is to follow the program as closely as you possibly can and to push yourself to your limits and you will still get great results, even if you are unable to follow the program to a T in the very beginning. Also remember that you are not measuring yourself against anyone else. You set the weights that you are able to cope with, but do make sure to push your limits though. There is no point to play around in the gym if you are looking for results.
