MI40 Xtreme by Ben Pakulski opened its doors on the 11th of June 2014 and since became one of the most talked about bodybuilding programs online. As one of the top bodybuilders in the world, Ben Pakulski is always keeping his ear on the floor to ensure he familiarises himself with the latest research and technology in regards to bodybuilding. MI40 Xtreme 2.0, also known as the MI40 CEP training program, is based on a new scientific study called, Cell Expansion Protocol (CEP).
What is Cell Expansion Protocol?
“Research has now proven without a shadow of a doubt, that in response to extreme types of stress and extreme tension, there is a special type of cell that actually attaches itself to a muscle and “donates” a nuclei to that muscle cell. This literally increases the number of nuclei in the cell and thereby allows the muscle to recover faster by synthesising more protein at one time.
This process is called satellite cell recruitment and you’re about to learn how it can be achieved in literally 4-minutes.”
(Excerpt from MI40 Xtreme – CEP The Practical Application)

As you will soon find out, if you are not already aware of this, detox is incredibly important to ensure you rid your cells of all the toxins that can prevent your body from utilising nutrients. Ben Pakulski walks you through a 7 Day Detox Diet to ensure that your body cells are ready for the optimal uptake of nutrients before you embark on your MI40 Xtreme journey.
2. 7 Day Primer Phase
The Primer Phase is important to re-wire your thinking to ensure that the connection between your brain and desired body movements (execution) is what it should be, in other words the goal is to get rid of bad habits and wrong execution techniques that might exist and might be imprinted on the brain. The goal of the Primer Phase is also to pre-condition your body to get you ready for what is about to take place in the next 4o days that is to follow.

Conclusion:
So is MI40 Xtreme right for you? I think there are three questions you need to ask yourself.
1) Are you willing to prepare?
As with any program you are to follow it will take quite a bit of preparation time before you can get started. You want to ensure that you have a good overview of the program and a good understanding about the science behind the program before you get started.
2) Are you willing to train hard?
Nothing in life that is effective is going to be easy to accomplish. Yes, quick results are possible with MI40 Xtreme, but definitely not without hard work and commitment. The great advantage with MI40X is that although you would be expected to train hard to reach your fitness goals you are training SMART at the same time.
3) Are you committed?
The biggest reason for failure is a lack of commitment and impatience, trying to take shortcuts. Trust that Ben Pakulski knows what he is doing and there is a reason for every sequence as laid out in the MI40 Xtreme bodybuilding program. Make sure to follow the steps methodically. Remember this: A great deal of research has gone into this program.
If you have answered “yes” to these questions above, then I am fully convinced that this will be one of the best investments you will ever make in regards to your health and fitness.
Hey,
This is a great post, and your site looks amazing. With the way of the world at the minute and people on lockdown, we are all trying to keep fit and active as much as possible while we are at home. I am searching for ways to do this and this muscle building program does look good. Especially with the diet advice with the 7 day detox diet.
I have forwarded on your post to my brothers who are in the same boat as me and could also benefit. I have encouraged them to comment and if they have any questions then they should get in touch with you.
Thank you for sharing, and keep up the great work.
All the best,
Tom
Many thanks for the compliment, Tom. It is much appreciated! Yes, with the coronavirus lockdown and the gyms being shut, everyone is now looking for fitness programs they can follow at home as well as home gym equipment. And of course when it comes to immune boosters, you struggle to find especially vitamin C on the the shelves.
In regards to your brothers popping over, that will be awesome. They can ask whatever questions they would like. I will be happy to answer. Wishing you the very best of success, Tom, and good luck with keeping yourselves entertained during the lockdown.
Hi,
Thanks for this detailed post! I’m looking to sculpt a bit more so I’d really like a good muscle building program.
I am a keen CrossFitter, and as such I spend a lot of time with Olympic weights but I don’t really have access to machines – is there a provision for completing the program just using free weights? Also, can I fit it around my normal workout schedule – or is that asking too much of my body?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Lisa
Hi Lisa, thank you for your interest and for your questions. Ben made a conscious effort to ensure it is possible to follow the MI40 Xtreme 2.0 program at a home gym by implementing machines and exercises in this muscle building program that can be easily replicated at home. That said, you will have to be quite experienced at working out in a home gym , as improvisation is required, as this muscle building program does include equipment that is usually only found in a gym.
In regards to whether you will be able to fit it around your current workout schedule? I assume you mean if you can follow this program on top of what you are already doing. No. This is a hardcore scientifically proven muscle building program with exact repetitions, exercises, resting periods etc. incorporated to ensure the best possible results. With this program there is no playing around in the gym and therefore you will simply not be able to cope with putting your body through more than this program is already asking of you. So it will probably be either one or the other.
However, you can possibly follow this program for 40 days as intended and then to give your body time to recover you can perhaps follow a lighter program (perhaps what you are currently doing) for a couple of weeks to get your body to recover and then re-start the MI40 Extreme program again. This is very possible, especially in the beginning when your body still needs to try adjust to this hardcore program.
So by the way, the program comes with beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts. I can tell you that even the beginner is not playing around in the gym at all. This is already hardcore.
I hope I answered your questions? If not, or you have more questions, just give me a shout.
Wow! This seems like a great workout plan, you can tell a lot of thought and research went behind making this program. Do you use this program? If yes, how has the program benefited you?
This is an insane workout indeed and very rare to find a quality online fitness program designed by one of the best bodybuilders in the world. Ben Pakulski walks the talk and you can be assured that he has a reputation to uphold and therefore this fitness program is based on the latest cutting edge scientific fitness information available.
Yes, I have indeed used the program and seen some incredible results in a very short space of time. This has given me back my confidence not being shy at all to get in those swimming trunks.
However, in the last year or so my time became very limited due to work responsibilities and studying while working. So I have not been following the program for quite a while. This is however my aim to get back into the gym as soon as I can to be more committed than ever.
But if your question was if you could expect good results with this program, then the answer is that you can expect insane gains following this program and there is a lot of proof that can be found right here: https://mi40xworkout.com/xtreme
